Salesforce Revenue Cloud Services
Quote faster, bill accurately and see every pound of revenue in one place. We implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud and connect it to the commerce, ERP and finance systems your revenue depends on.
Overview
Salesforce Revenue Cloud, now part of Agentforce Revenue Management, runs the full quote-to-cash process on the Salesforce platform: product catalogue, pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, billing and renewals.
AbsoluteLabs implements Revenue Cloud and integrates it with your ERP, commerce and finance systems. Quotes convert to orders and invoices without rekeying, and sales and finance work from the same order and billing figures.
From Today to Revenue Cloud
What changes with Revenue Cloud
What Revenue Cloud Does
- Product catalogue and pricing: One catalogue for bundles, options and price rules across one-off, subscription and usage-based models.
- Configure, price, quote: Guided selling and rules that stop sales teams quoting what you can’t deliver or can’t afford.
- Contracts and orders: Quotes flow into contracts and orders without rekeying; amendments and renewals are handled in the system.
- Billing and invoicing: Invoices, payments and collections tied to the same order and asset data.
- Asset and subscription lifecycle: A live view of what every customer owns, ready for renewals, upgrades and add-ons.
- AI and agents: Built for Agentforce, so agents can help build quotes, flag discount risk and prompt renewals.

Already on Salesforce CPQ?
Salesforce CPQ reached end of sale in 2025. It is not end of life: your licences, support and renewals continue. But Salesforce’s new investment, including AI and Agentforce features, now goes into Revenue Cloud.
There is no forced deadline, which makes this the right time to plan rather than react. We help you decide when to move, what to rebuild rather than lift and shift, and how to phase the change around your sales calendar.

FAQs
What is Salesforce Revenue Cloud?+
Salesforce’s quote-to-cash product. It manages product catalogue, pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, billing and renewals on the Salesforce platform. Since Dreamforce 2025 it sits within Agentforce Revenue Management, and its core quoting product is called Revenue Cloud Advanced.
What is the difference between Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud?+
Salesforce CPQ is the older, managed-package product focused on quoting. Revenue Cloud is built natively on the Salesforce platform, covers the full revenue lifecycle including billing and assets, and supports subscription and usage-based models. New features go to Revenue Cloud.
Do we have to migrate off Salesforce CPQ?+
Not yet. CPQ is end of sale, not end of life, so it remains supported for existing customers. Migration is a planned decision, and we can help you decide the right timing.
How long does a Revenue Cloud implementation take?+
Most projects take three to six months from discovery to go-live. Complex catalogues, multiple ERPs or large migrations take longer. We confirm a timeline after the assessment.
Can Revenue Cloud integrate with our ERP?+
Yes. We regularly integrate Salesforce with NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and other ERPs using MuleSoft, Boomi or Workato, so orders, invoices and payments stay in sync.
Is Revenue Cloud right for us?+
It fits best if you sell configurable products, subscriptions or usage-based services, or sell B2B through several channels. If your quoting is simple, Sales Cloud alone may be enough, and we will tell you which.
