Requirements: 

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations, particularly in large-scale or multi-org environments.
Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components for custom development.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware for seamless data exchange with third-party systems.
Experience with Salesforce certification such as Platform Developer I or II, and knowledge of best practices for coding, security, and performance.
Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git), Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines to manage code and streamline deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and other Salesforce components.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components to enhance the functionality of Salesforce applications.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to existing processes.
