Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, payments, and working capital management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
Establish and maintain internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial policies.
Lead fundraising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, to support business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
Prepare financial models, business cases, and investor presentations.
Develop financial structures and reporting frameworks to support IPO preparations.
Work closely with legal, regulatory, and banking partners for IPO planning and execution.
Ensure adherence to listing requirements and corporate governance standards.
Design and implement scalable financial processes and systems.
Drive automation and efficiency in financial reporting and operational workflows.
Evaluate and implement ERP and financial technology solutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and financial discipline.
